 Cooper's Cave Ale Company, Ltd., is located at 2 Sagamore Street, on the corner of Dix Avenue, Glens Falls, NY, along the Warren County Bike Trail. Cooper's Cave Ale Company is the culmination of hard work by three Glens Falls natives. At full production, Cooper's Cave Ale Company will be a 7-barrel micro-brewery with a 28 barrel per week capacity. Our efforts have been well received and our expansions have included adding gourmet sodas and hand-made hard ice cream. At our prime location off the Bike Trail, our ice cream window has become a popular destination for visitors and locals alike. |
